The Chickens Were Alarmed

Introducing Ohellino

The bell rang
And out came the chickens
In ties
In suits
In black shoes
And cute
With slick hair
And wrist watches
And dark rim glasses
And tight wound up asses
They came in bunches
All opening little brown bag lunches
And some Dutch
Some Greek
Some Sikh
Too much
Too many and a man in the clock tower
Staring through binoculars
Muttering
With little spit globules sputtering
That he will
Get revenge
The bell rang again
The chickens were alarmed
They distanced themselves from a freedom
From a conduct
And went back to work arm and arm.
